New catch-all ID for UK firm's various mobile services.
MIG has overhauled its various site/app building, messaging, billing and marketing services under a new shared brand.
The group identity will comprise four elements: mVoy Publish, mVoy Communicate, mVoy Engage, mVoy Connect.
* mVoy Publish gives customers the ability to design, build, manage and host mobile websites and apps, including transactional mCommerce services. It used to be called Kilrush.
* mVoy Communicate manages inbound and outbound mobile marketing campaigns, such as sales promotions and content alerts, via SMS, email and various social media channels. Clients can integrate their existing CRM system through full API connections. Formerly called Piri.
* mVoy Engage provides media, broadcast and entertainment companies with engagement tools like real-time SMS voting and competitions with participation TV shows. This was previously MIG’s Interactive Broadcast Platform (IBP)

* mVoy Connect is the mobile messaging, billing and payment piece. It provides direct to operator billing can can process more than 12,000 messages per second. It used to be called Gateway.
