Reveals 30 companies chosen to present their interesting ideas to a jury of digital experts.
MidemLab is the new media bit of the big music conference in Cannes, and returns for its second year between January 28th and January 31st 2012.
This contest comprises three entry categories: music discovery, recommendation and creation; marketing and social engagement; direct-to-consumer sales and monetising content.
Last year’s winners were Discovr, Next Big Sound and Shuffler.fm.
The finalists have been chosen by UK digital consulting company Music Ally and French specialist open innovation consultancy, bluenove. They are:
