But he's confident the launch of Windows Phone 7 will change everything, and give Microserfs devices they'd be proud to carry (it's been revealed many use iPhones at present).
"We really did miss almost a release cycle, but Windows Phone 7 which we had a chance to debut at the Mobile World Congress earlier this year has received really quite remarkable reviews."
The first Windows Phone 7 devices are due in Q4.
