Deal will see integration of Mocean Mobile platform into AdExpert and more.
Microsoft Advertising has revealed the global partnership with mobile ad firm Mojiva will drive its digital network of apps and websites, which includes MSN.
Microsoft will adopt Mojiva's Mocean Mobile ad network into its own digital advertising tech such as AdExpert, pubCenter and adCenter.
The platform will also integrate with Microsoft's mobile Advertising Exchange to build increased demand for the system across the first half of 2012.
The firm says mobile developers and publishers will receive true value for money for ad solutions across Windows Phone, iOS and Android apps and browsers adapting to market changes.
