Reach and Reward service should make it easier for brands to set up MePlease's loyalty programmes.

UK-based MePlease helps retailers and brand create offers, which are redeemed through SMS and create on-going loyalty between brand and customer.

It calls the process 'social casting' and counts existing partners including Cafe Rouge, Bella Italia, Cineworld, PizzaExpress, Ted Baker, Jack Wills and many more.

Get Satisfaction meanwhile provides software that can be used on web sites to help companies build better relationships with their customers.

Reach and Reward will enable brands to set up a Get Satisfaction powered FAQ page and the opportunity to ‘Like’ the brand on Facebook. As soon as the customer ‘Likes’ the brand, a reward is sent to their device which can be redeemed using the bar-code.
