This year sees mobile entertainment solutions specialist Melodi Media celebrate its 12th anniversary with the special milestone of reaching 150 million downloads worldwide.
Since the firm’s early days as a provider of monophonic ringtones, Melodi has gone on to add a raft of products to its portfolio, comprising over 40 different product types, from music, images, eBooks and funtones, to apps, games, audiobooks, podcasts and many more.
Based in the UK, the company delivers to more than 100 different countries, while storing over 2,000 different types of files, ensuring that its compatibility with handsets across the globe is absolute.
Today, Melodi’s database holds more than 250,000 products from both its in-house producers and several top brands. And, over its 12 years in the business, the company has expanded its offerings beyond content downloads to provide news, media, infotainment feeds, live services, bespoke games and application development, fully managed portals and bespoke m-commerce site development.
