MX-5 You Cruise game goes live on the App Store.
Anything Volkswagen can do, Mazda can do... well, quite similarly, with the same developer.
Mazda has become the latest carmaker to team up with mobile games developer Fishlabs for a free iPhone advergame.
You Cruise by Mazda MX-5 follows the successful formula of Fishlabs' previous games for Volkswagen, offering 3D graphics, connected features and links through to find local dealers and book test drives.
The game sees players racing through eight tracks, sharing their best times via the Mazda MX-5 fan page on Facebook.
"As early adopters, MX-5 drivers have a positive reaction to an app like this and thus will also become virtual brand ambassadors," says Mazda's manager of customer interaction management Jules Aarts.

"We see an opportunity here to emotionally connect the offline and online driving experiences."
The game has been released to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the MX-5 car.
Fishlabs is carving a reputation for itself with its advergames. Its Waterslide Extreme iPhone game for Barclaycard has been downloaded more than 14 million times, and spawned a sequel this week, Rollercoaster Extreme.
