CASHBACK v8 to help operators utilise resources more efficiently.
MACH has today (February 19th) unveiled its cloud-based CASHBACK v8 revenue assurance solution; the first of its kind to assist operators in detecting and analysing revenue leakage in near real-time.
The CASHBACK v8 solution processes almost one billion transactions in near real-time on a monthly basis, providing end-to-end revenue assurance for numerous global telecoms operators.
Available over the cloud, the solution is designed to speed up revenue leakage detection, whilst allowing operators to manage their resources with greater efficiency.
According to Analysys Mason, leakage currently stands at five per cent to 15 per cent of total operator revenues, meaning that the need for revenue assurance is now especially high.
Joseph George, director of Revenue Protection and Interconnect, MACH, commented: “MACH delivers revenue assurance solutions to multiple operators globally. As the first vendor to launch a revenue assurance solution over the cloud, we are especially proud of CASHBACK v8. Not only is it quick to market and instantly scalable to an operator’s needs, but it also provides operators with comprehensive intelligence and broad team knowledge that goes beyond the scope of most other comparable solutions.”
As a cloud-based solution, CASHBACK v8 also enables operators to focus their resources with maximum efficiency, removing the need to continually maintain and update systems and recruit and train analysts with the latest intelligence.
Featuring a new Graphics User Interface (GUI) with advanced dashboard and reporting functionality, which aligns it with MACH’s FAME Fraud Protection System, CASHBACK v8 lets operators look at both fraud and revenue assurance, offering protection from all possible sources of revenue leakage.
MACH’s new solution can be kept on its own premises, while accessing operator data over the cloud and utilising the firm’s analysis skills, or, alternatively, can be installed in an operator’s premises to avoid data privacy issues.
All CASHBACK systems are updated via the cloud and monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
