Cherrysauce is seeing Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) of up to $85 a month for its mobile webcam chat services, says CEO Julia Dimambro.
The company offers its technology, which connects mobile users to "chat hosts", on a B2B basis to partners.
Dimambro says that the highest-spending users can splash up to $3,500 a day on these services. Which could be leading to some interesting conversations with spouses and/or corporate accounts departments.
Cherrysauce currently has more than 1,000 chat hosts available for its services, with more than 100 online at any one time.
Users pay via WAP billing, credit card or premium SMS, but Dimambro says PSMS is the most versatile, since it's quick and efficient, but also lets service providers contact customers again with direct marketing.

The services can be offered through a Java application, or via the browser for devices like the iPhone.
