Forget the Champions League - the elite clubs of European football have a new battleground: iPhone's App Store.
With Liverpool recently launching a keepy-uppy game for iPhone, Real Madrid have now made their move onto the App Store, via a partnership with developer Genera Games.
The game stars Ronaldo, Kaka, Benzema, Raul, Casillas and the rest, offers a gallery of high-resolution player photos to unlock, and promises authentic physics.
It's a football game, yes? Er... no. It's called Real Madrid Pinball, which should give you some idea of the game's focus.
It's a return to the early days of the mobile games industry, where no brand - no matter how unpinbally - was deemed suitable for the pinball treatment. See also: bowling.
