LG sells 10m Cookies globally

Touchscreen handset passes landmark after 13 months of availability

The LG Cookie (LG KP500) touchphone has shipped more than 10 million units since its launch in November 2008.

The Cookie is LG’s fifth phone to achieve the milestone, following the Chocolate, Shine, KP100 and KG270.

The Cookie reached the mark in 13 months, making it the fastest-selling full touchphone in LG’s history.
