LG Philips is the latest company to put its technical boffins to work on creating an e-reader - or rather a display for an e-reader.
It's pretty special, too. The display measures 19 inches, and is flexible - looking much more like a newspaper than a gadget.
According to Akihabara News, the display weighs 130 grams and is just 0.3mm thick. With no English press release to hand, we're assuming it's a prototype for the moment, rather than a commercial product.
It shouldn't come as a surprise though. In December, LG Display announced that it was investing $30.5 million in electronic paper display firm Hydis Technologies.
The bendy nature of the new prototype is certainly intriguing, although we're not sure we'd fancy braving a packed London tube carriage with it...
