Brand wants to support journalists with releases and photos while on the move.
Kia Motors America (KMA) has released a mobile web version of its media site for Android and iOS, which will enable journalists to access new press releases, product information, photos and more.
The site detects the user's accessing device, thus converting the pages dependent on the mobile being used, while the option to access the desktop version via phones is also available.
Michael Sprague, EVP of marketing & communications, KMA, said: "Providing journalists with Kia news conveniently and instantaneously on their mobile devices is yet another way the Kia Media virtual pressroom helps our Public Relations team support members of the media.
"With an increasing percentage of the population that are accessing information exclusively on their smartphone, the launch of Kia Media mobile is a response to the growing demand for news on the go."
