Mobstar creates 'I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!' presenter for ITV.
Bucking the trend for nubile young things, Mobstar Media has created a three inch tall, wind breaking, belching, foul-mouthed witchetty grub to host ITV Mobile’s coverage of the reality show.Wayne, for that is his name, will also front a full slate of I’m a Celebrity, Get Me out of Here! mobile content, including video clips, screen savers, wallpapers and ringtones.
For readers outside the UK, I'm A Celebrity throws a load of D-list stars into the Australian jungle, subjects them to all kinds of nasty challenges and generally encourages them all to bitch and moan amongst each other.
Melissa Goodwin, head of ITV Mobile, said: "We’re very happy to be working with the team at Mobstar Media on an integrated project that introduces new quality standards to mobile animation. Wayne’s role in the show is time sensitive and will comment on recent action – means that during the production, the writers and especially the animators at Mobstar Media will be working ‘round the clock’."
