Already boasts some big US clients.
US firm ISBX has launched a cross-platform mobile development platform, which aims to help brands release apps for iPhone and beyond.
The platform is called Avenue Mobile, and it can create apps for iPhone, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, Android and Symbian.
ISBX says it's already working with NBC Universal, Warner Brothers, CW Networks and Sony Pictures.
"The reality of today’s mobile landscape and especially moving into the future is that there are a large number of mobile platforms and developing for only one means you’re ignoring a large number of potential customers," says president Eric Wise.
Avenue Mobile will go head to head with UK startup Grapple Mobile, among other firms touting cross-platform services like this.

So what does ISBX have to offer that's new?
"Unlike our competitors who are busy focusing on refining an ‘engine’ that can only handle the porting of content over to limited platforms, we have developed our Avenue Mobile platform with a modular approach to introduce true cross-platform functionality, while retaining architecture that is native to each device, minimising any performance and functionality issues," claims CTO Kelly Chu.
Consider battle joined. ISBX is backed by private investors in the US and Asia.
