The rumour mill has spoken. Apple hasn't.
Allthingsdigital has set the blogosphere alight with apparently solid information that iOS5 and therefore iPhone 5 will be revealed the the media on October 4th.
Apple had already hinted at an autumn release, leading many to expect something in early Sept.That didn't happen, but this new date seems much more concrete.
Now, the media are waiting for their press event invites, while new Tim Cook will be frantically preparing to step into Steve Jobs' massive shoes for the first time.
And the device itself? Could be curved or teardrop shaped. Could come with NFC. Retina display...
