Deutsche Telekom jumps ahead of Apple's official announcement.
Despite a summer of hype and rumour, no one yet knows whether the iPhone 5 is coming in September, October or next year.
However, the announcement by Deutsche Telekom, which started offering customers a pre-order option yesterday, suggests it will be sooner rather than later.
Subscribers can sign up for ‘Premieren Tickets’ at Deutsche Telekom’s website, which means the first people to sign up will automatically be allocated an iPhone 5 when it officially launches.
