iPhone 3G launched in Jordan

Orange begins selling Apple device, but Arabic support still lacking.

The iPhone 3G is now available in Jordan, which is the now the second country in the Middle East after Egypt.

However, as Saudi Mac reports, the device is somewhat lacking in local language and services support.

For example, like in Egypt, iTunes (and as such App Store) is not available in Jordan and the device itself doesn't support Arabic language.

The iPhone is available from Orange, with a choice of three one-year contracts starting at $42 a month.
