Microsoft surface tablets top most IT professionals’ Christmas lists.
With Christmas now just around the corner, many will already be in the process of listing a host of pricey items with which to burden their loved ones as we approach the arse-end of the year. Unsurprisingly, techy gadgets will be taking pride of place at the top of many a Christmas list this year, and this trend is no different among the IT pro community.
Following a survey of 800 IT professionals, Microsoft surface tablets emerged as the most desirable gift of the impending festive season, stealing 33 per cent of the votes, while the iPad received 20 per cent and the Google Nexus 11 per cent.
Among the most wanted smartphones were the Samsung Galaxy S III (38 per cent), the iPhone 5 (29 per cent) and Windows Phone 8 (ten per cent).
