MD Sebastien Martin promises comeback after "struggle to survive"
Mobile games publisher In-Fusio might have been liquidated earlier this month, but its assets have been acquired by a newly-formed company called IF Europe, which intends to keep the In-Fusio brand for the time being.
Managing director Sebastien Martin contacted ME with a statement, revealing that the new company will pick up where In-Fusio's restructuring efforts left off.
"We’ve struggled to survive in tough conditions, we know that we did not communicate during this period and are sorry for that, but we can assure you that we are still there and expect to be there in a few years," he says.
"This operation will enable the business to get rid of the legacy and focus on the future, with promising outcomes."
Martin says that IF Europe aims to preserve its licensing partners and distribution channels, and will continue to release games for Java and BREW handsets, as well as Windows Mobile, iPhone and other smartphones.
