Mobile games developer will use injection to boost sales and marketing of Airplay platform.
Chipset designer ARM Holdings has made what is being described as a strategic investment in Ideaworks3D, which develops and distributes of native applications for mobile phones.The terms of the deal have not been disclosed. Ideawaorks says it will use the investment to drive sales and marketing efforts for its Airplay middleware platform.
Ideaworks3D CEO Alex Caccia said: "By strengthening our ties with ARM, we will be able to be accelerate the uptake of Airplay in the market; increase the ease of content deployment across consumer electronics; and improve the end-user experience."
