Coming in at a razor-like 6.68mm.
The Ascend P1 S comes with a dual-core 1.5GHz processor, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS, 4.3-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen, 8-megapixel BSI rear-facing and 1.3-megapixel HD front-facing cameras.
It takes you back to the feature phone days, when the Motorola RAZR and the Samsung U100 shaved the device below 6mm thick.

The Ascend will be available in Europe, Asia-Pacific, North America, Australia, Middle East, and China from April 2012.
