HTC Smart is vendor's first phone based on the Qualcomm platform.
The device comes loaded with the HTC Sense UI that is already available on the Hero and other Android devices. HTC denies this is a feature phone project and says the phone is full of smart features.
It should be available in the spring. The launch comes as AT&T is preparing to launch a BREW based app store.
