New deals with Disney and ABC give Qualcomm's mobile TV service a content boost.
FLO TV has announced a new distribution deal with The Walt Disney Company that will bring shows from ABC and Disney Channel to its mobile TV network.
That includes full-length episodes of Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, FlashForward, Ugly Betty and Lost from ABC, and Hannah Montana, Wizards of Waverly Place and Jonas from the Disney Channel.
It's an expansion of FLO's existing deal with Disney that's seen its ESPN sports network distributed through the Qualcomm subsidiary's platform.
"ABC Mobile and Disney Channel offer some of the most iconic and popular programming on television," says Jonathan Barzilay, SVP of programming and advertising at FLO TV.
"FLO TV is thrilled to add ABC Mobile and the Disney Channel to the lineup of leading brands enjoyed by our subscribers."

The new shows will be available through FLO TV's operator partners, as well as its new Personal Television handheld and its Auto Entertainment system for motorists.
