Torsten de Riese to become US broadcaster's digital director for EMEA
Guardian News & Media's mobile business manager is to join CNBC as its new digital director for EMEA.
Paidcontent.org reports that Torsten de Riese had held the Guardian post for seven months, before which he managed the newspaper group's digital archive, Arabic site and content syndication.
De Riese will report to CNBC's EMEA distribution VP Justine Powell and EMEA biz dev VP Anthony Lilleyman.
