Graphico builds Momentum

Graphico has ‘productised’ its Momentum content CRM platform, following successful development and deployment with the record label SonyBMG.

Momentum supports the delivery of music, video, news and competitions to mobile handsets, backed up by detailed tracking and reporting of user activity.

The technology has been used by SonyBMG in the UK to create WAP sites for artists including Justin Timberlake, Oasis, Westlife and Natasha Bedingfield.

Graham Darracott, strategic partner at Graphico, believes the flexibility of Momentum will prove attractive to brands that are looking to take IP into the direct-to-consumer space.

He said: “The key benefit of this product is that we can take it anywhere in the world and plug it into any payment network, whether that’s Europe, the US or the Far East.”

Darracott adds that Momentum is also geared towards brands that want to deliver free or subsidised content as part of a wider marketing campaign. Graphico is offering the platform under licence or as an outsourced service.

The company already counts the likes of Pepsi, Universal and Anne Summers among its wider client base and is in discussions to deploy Momentum with several media and FMCG brands.
