Under the terms of the acquisition, GoTV Networks will acquire the library of HOMBRE apps, client and server technologies and patents.
HOMBRE employees will join GoTV and continue to be located in San Francisco and San Diego.
Hands-On Mobile will also receive an equity stake in GoTV Networks.
