Gorillabox partners with international AIDS charity 46664 to deliver mobile TV services.
Starting with 46664's Hyde Park concert on the June 27th (this friday), Gorillabox will host, manage and deploy free and chargeable video content as well as promotional information on a dedicated mobile internet site.Comprising artists such as Queen, Annie Lennox, Amy Winehouse and Razorlight, the company will make live video footage from the gig (which also coincides with Nelson Mandela's 90th birthday celebrations) available to mobile users.
Gorillabox will be responsible for the deployment of content on the streaming platform, billing integration and customer care, while 46664 will market the service and work with Gorillabox on making live video content available from the event.

The benefit of this mobile portal is not simply to offer great music videos from a galaxy of the world’s biggest musicians and celebrities, but also the accessibility for vast amount of the world where people do not have access to a PC.”
46664 takes its name from Mr. Mandela’s Robben Island prison number. He was prisoner number 466, incarcerated in 1964.
