Second Android Developer Challenge winners announced.
Google may be facing developer complaints about its Android Market, but that isn't to say there isn't plenty of innovation happening in the Android apps space.
To highlight that, Google has just announced the winners of its second Android Developer Challenge, garlanding thirty apps across ten categories.
The three overall winners were voice-call utility SweetDreams, online multiplayer game What the Doodle, and security app WaveSecure.
The Entertainment category spotlighted A World of Photo, SongDNA and Solo, while What The Doodle was joined by Speed Forge 3D, Graviturn, Moto X Mayhem, Totemo and Mazeness in the two games categories.
Other categories included Education/Reference, Lifestyle, Media, Productivity/Tools, Social Networking, Travel and Misc.
