Customised Christmas gift offered as thanks for hard work.
TheNextWeb reports the search engine's employees received the latest Samsung smartphone as a token of appreciation for their hard work throughout the year.
The device is powered under Google's Android Ice-Cream Sandwich OS and each one has been specifically customised to feature a series of Android and Google+ icons.
Both of the Google offices in London and Zurich were confirmed to be handing out the phones, as staff members lined up to claim their Christmas freebie.
Presumably, the devices will be free of the glitch that other owners of the Galaxy Nexus had to endure last month, as a number of the smartphone owners complained of volume and 2G signal issues.
