Google details Android Market T&Cs

24 hour returns policy, unlimited reinstalls and absolutely no pornography.

Google has outlined its terms and conditions for Android Market now that paid content on the store is a reality.

Androinica has handily picked out the most salient points from the official document, which sets out basic guidelines for CRM and content.

Specifically, Google will operate a 24 hours returns policy if a buyer isn't happy with their app, but the company says it takes no responsibility for disputes after that widow - the consumer will have to take up their gripe directly with the developer or, if there's a billing dispute, their credit card company.

It will be very interesting to see how that last point plays out in the real world - to date, if a mobile user has a problem their default reaction will invariably be to go straight to their service provider (in this case T-Mobile).

Elsewhere in the T&Cs it's pointed out that reinstalls are free forever should someone lose their handset or erase an app, and that there is zero tolerance towards sexually explicit material.
