Builds pan-European service that provides local commercial search for consumers and lead generation for advertisers.
The deal was struck with European Directories, which owns local Yellow Pages in eight countries across Europe, and provides information on over 3.6m businesses.
The service has been rolled out across Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, Finland and Denmark.
It is available across a variety of channels and devices, including iPhone, Java and mobile web. Additional operating systems and platforms will be added over time.
The European Directories app was distributed across app-stores, SMS and mobile operator partnerships, and has been downloaded over 100,000 times since it launched in 2009.
There are currently over 100,000 daily active users across a couple of devices.
Magnus Jern, CEO of Golden Gekko, said: “This has been one of the largest and most challenging projects we have ever undertaken and we are proud to say that together with European Directories mobile team we have managed to deliver on budget across eight countries, with great customer response.”
