Part one of Golden Gekko's (GG) 2013 expectations focused on the consumer-facing business market, but part two looks over the B2B space. The ME Award winner has produced the report based on independent research and third-party data.
Mobile devices are to drive 57 per cent of the IT market spend, while 20 per cent of sales firms are set to use tablets as the primary platform for field sales in the next two years.
With that in mind, GG says: "Make sure that you've set a substantial part of your IT budget for mobile in the year to come to stay competitive. If you invest correctly, the ROI will be better than any other investment you make in 2013."
