US 'content network' has deployed Amethon solution to analyse traffic across its WAP sites.
go2 Media says the system will allow it to plan for the needs of both its customers and advertisers.The company runs a clutch of on- and off-deck localised content and listings WAP sites using an ad-supported model, including go2 Movies, go2 Dining, go2 Golf, go2 Travel, go2 UCLA and go2 Harvard, etc.
For Australia-based Amathon, meanwhile, the deal represents the first deployment of its technology in the US.
Amethon CEO Michael Stone said: "[Our] in depth experience in the areas of web analytics and mobile services position us with an insightful solution for go2 Media and other mobile content publishers to achieve a greater understanding of both their users and advertisers needs."
