Will feature The Powerpuff Girls up front, with Billy & Mandy as overlapping full-backs.
The game will be launched under the Cartoon Network Toon Cup brand and is expected to be available in all European markets in May 2010 to coincide with the start of the World Cup in South Africa.
Toon Cup will feature Ben 10, Chowder, Buttercup, Zak from The Secret Saturdays and others.
It's the first time a mobile title from Cartoon Network will comprise multiple characters in one game.
Joe Braman, commercial director mobile, DVD and digital, at Turner CN Enterprises said: "Bringing a host of Cartoon Network characters together in one game for the first time is a fantastic way of celebrating the competition, and also broadens the appeal of the game to a wide range of fans."
Swedish developer and distributor GlobalFun supplies content to companies such as Sony Ericsson, AT&T, T-Mobile, Nokia Ovi, Blackberry and loads more.
