Get set for stickers for Beaver Falls, Skins, Misfits and other shows.
Social entertainment startup GetGlue has announced its first international partnership, with UK broadcaster Channel 4.
Users of GetGlue's apps will be able to check in to specific C4 shows to earn branded stickers, kicking off with comedy Beaver Falls, with Skins and Misfits to follow. Much of the activity will be focused on its E4 digital channel.
Beaver Falls actually premieres on 27 July, but people can check in to it now to watch the trailer. It's part of a wider push by GetGlue into the UK. Its app has been available here for some time, but now the company is expanding its database of British shows.
GetGlue is getting some promotion out of the deal too, with on-air and social media plugs for the check-in app to ensure viewers know about it.
