Mobile games publisher secures global licensing agreement for UNO across multiple platforms.
In addition to the iPhone and iPod versions already in the market Gameloft will now make UNO available for mobile phones, PlayStation Network, WiiWare and DSi Ware in 2009.For the uninitiated, UNO is a card game that sees players compete to match colors and symbols.
Gameloft president Michel Guillemot said: “This agreement is the first step towards a long and successful relationship between Mattel and Gameloft. UNO is one of the most recognised card games in the world and we are excited to extend it beyond mobile and onto a whole host of console executions”.
