Looking to boost downloads like it has for iPhone.
iPhone promotional website FreeAppADay is already planning to diversify into iPad apps.
Its founders have already bought the domain name FreeiPadAppADay, according to PocketGamer.biz.
Since its launch earlier this year, the iPhone version has been a roaring success. As the name implies, it offers a different (paid) iPhone app for free every day, via deals with developers.
In its first two weeks, it generated more than two million downloads. Meanwhile, earlier this month its creator Joe Bayen said that half of the top ten free iPhone games on the App Store had been featured on the site.
Consumers' appetite for free iPhone games is well known, but developers are catching on to how to make money from this.

Getting your game downloaded by hundreds of thousands of people through something like FreeAppADay gives you a base to cross-promote other paid games, as well as a chance to make money from ads if your game keeps people playing long-term.
