Three titles being given away to celebrate upcoming debut of paid apps.
EA Mobile has inked a deal to give away three free Palm Pre games in the UK, showcasing the 3D capabilities of Palm's smartphone.
The games are Neeed For Speed Undercover, The Sims 3 and Monopoly, and they'll be available as free downloads from Palm's app store until the end of March.
The news comes in advance of Palm launching paid apps on its store in the UK, also at the end of March. It's taken a while - US users have been able to buy Pre apps since October last year.
Meanwhile, Palm has also announced that version 1.4 of its webOS platform is available to European users too.
Key new features include video recording, speedier applications and better battery life. The update will download automatically over the air, via Wi-Fi or 3G.
