Launches 'super agency' concept and plans to expand across Europe.
Mobile Network Group offers major brands a one-stop agency service that can create campaigns using mobile sites, apps and social media, and also provide tools for their measurement.
It says it has developed a unique business model based on these tools and methodologies.
MNG plans to grow throughout Europe in the coming year, and will make 'executive strategic acquisitions' to further its growth. It claims to be the only mobile marketing company in France with an income in excess of 10m euros.
It lists today on the EuroNext exchange.
MNG is headed by CEO Paul Amsellem, COO Cedric Moreteau, and investor and board member Pascal Chevalier.

Amsellem launched Phonevalley, France’s first SMS provider, and later the marketing specialist Cellcast-Interactif, which was sold to Adenyo.
He said: “There is strong demand from publishers, content providers and advertisers to be able to place the entirety of their mobile advertising needs in the hands of a single firm that can accompany them over time and on different segments of the mobile value chain.
"No one has yet been able to occupy this place in the French market. Our global approach will create value for our clients and our shareholders alike.”
