And Jesta insider Jason Aintabi is the new CEO.
Jesta bought Fox from News Corp just before Christmas, and has wasted little time re-branding the content provider.
Aintabi will lead day to day operations, and will be assisted by Mark Anderson who will continue in his role as COO.
The firm has not revealed its precise plans for a former giant of the personalisation space, with brands including Jamba, Jamster, Mobizzo and iLove, as well as mobile video unit Bitbop.
Jason Aintabi said: "This is a very exciting time to be involved in digital entertainment and the mobile sector.
"I believe that the assets of Jesta Digital are well positioned to take advantage of the growth in mobile entertainment and the digital arenas in which we play a leading role."
