No full episodes, but links to buy them on the iTunes Store.
Fox Mobile entertainment has launched a new official Family Guy app for iPhone, which offers a daily selection of clips from the popular animated TV show.
Yes, that's clips, rather than full episodes. The app is promotional, so the idea is that fans watch clips, and then tap through to buy the episodes from Appl's iTunes Store.
There's already a Family Guy clips app available for iPhone, but it's a paid app costing £1.79. That version now has no ads, but the new free clips app does include advertising. Even though it's arguably an advert itself.
In any case, favourite clips can be saved and shared with friends. For now, the app is only available in the US App Store.
