Working with case-maker Mophie on the peripheral.
Having launched its Personal Television device last year, Qualcomm's FLO TV division is now setting its sights on the iPhone.
The company is working with accessory-maker Mophie on a dedicated iPhone case, which will include a FLO TV antenna to receive broadcast TV from its network.
It'll presumably link with a dedicated iPhone app - Apple's iPhone 3.0 software introduced the ability for peripherals to control apps last summer.
Users will be able to stream channels including ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox and ESPN according to Silicon Valley Insider, which reports that the new case will be unveiled at the CES show in Las Vegas this week.
It also suggests that iPhone users will be asked to pay around $9 a month for the service, on top of the initial cost of the case.
