Wrapper will provide developers with payments, licensing and content discovery support.
Flexion Mobile offers monetisation solutions for Android and Java apps, and has now announced plans to support Windows Phone 8 endeavours when the platform launches in the next couple of months.
The firm already powers Nokia's Try & Buy programme, and this is the next stage in supporting the OEM's mobile efforts.
The tools, known as a wrapper, will give the WinPho apps enhanced search discovery, built-in licensing, one-click, purchasing, and distribution.
It also integrates multiple app payment methods automatically to save the user from building different code, with the feature enabled for in-app payments, premium, freemium, and ad-supported models.
Jens Lauritzson, CEO of Flexion, said: "Windows Phone 8 presents a great opportunity for mobile app developers.
"Our partnership with Nokia is very important to us and we want to ensure that their developers have the right tools for this new channel. With our solutions in place, the new platform will be able to offer developers better monetisation of its mobile users."
