Mobile users now able to share content found in the news feed to their own timeline.
Facebook has improved the sharing functionality across its mobile website, Android and iOS apps. The update will offer the same 'Share' button feature experienced on desktops, with users able to post friends' posts to their own pages.
The social network has also expanded its Facebook Gifts social vouchers platform to include hundreds of new items from new retail partners including babyGap, Lindt, ProFlowers, Random House, and more.
In addition to physical products, shoppers will now be able to send streaming services like Hulu Plus and Pandora as presents.
The latter could prove to be particularly popular, as the company announced that 210,000 years of music has been played on Facebook timeline apps since Q3 2011.
