Social networking tool tops global, UK and US charts
GetJar has revealed to ME its top downloads across key territories for January, with social networking very much to the fore.
Facebook was the top download in the global chart, followed by eBuddy and Numbuzz. Facebook was also GetJar's top download in the UK and US.
GetJar has been working with the social network for some time to direct visitors on its mobile site to its downloadable application.
In fact, six of the top 10 apps in the GetJar global chart are from the Social & Messaging category - namely Facebook, eBuddy, Numbuzz, mig33, Snaptu and qeep.
