Everything Everywhere opens concept stores

Upping the retail ante with UK shops centred on services.

The trial stores are launching at five locations across Britain and promise a “21st century retail experience”.

Everything Everywhere has eight main objectives – to help customers...

* Interact with “live” devices and tablets
* Download the latest apps direct to their handsets (via ‘touch and play’ app screens)
* Charge their phones
* Build and buy packages
* Go online on free wi-fi
* Get their phone repaired
* Transfer contacts, free from their existing phone to their new phone
* Manage their account in store (checking their bill, payment of their account or checking they’re on the right plan)

The first goes live in Altrincham on the February 18th.

Stores in Bishops Stortford and Eltham will launch within a fortnight, while stores in Lowestoft and Evesham will be launched within four weeks.
