EA confirms new European mobile chief

Ex-Buongiorno man Luca Pagano starts today and game publisher's London HQ.

As reported by ME back in July, EA Mobile has appointed Pagano as its new VP of European Publishing, reporting to the unit's VP of Worldwide Publishing, Adam Sussman.

Pagano will be responsible for growing EA Mobile’s publishing business in Europe as well as the Middle East and Africa, deepening operator relationships and exploring new partnerships and strategic expansion.

He said: “I’m delighted to be joining the industry’s number one mobile games publisher at a time when mobile gaming is more dynamic and full of opportunity than ever before. EA Mobile has played a crucial role in building the mobile games market to where it stands today, and I’m excited by the opportunity to lead its business to further success in Europe.”
