Dude to front CTIA conference

Quincy Jones, aka The Dude, will host Mobile Entertainment Live! at CTIA.

The man behind Michael Jackson’s Thriller and 27-time Grammy winner will front the official mobile entertainment event of next month’s big US show on October 22 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. The one-day Mobile Entertainment Live! conference brings together content execs for a day of debate and discussion. 

Jones may be getting on a bit, but he’s always supported new forms of music and new technologies. In this spirit, he recently launched an online digital platform including the new video podcast series The Quincy Jones Show.
