Entire episodes of shows like Lost and Grey's Anatomy available on-demand
Disney is offering full episodes of its TV shows to 3UK customers as part of a new subscription-based video on-demand service.
Content includes 'hundreds' of episodes of ABC shows including Desperate Housewives, Lost and Grey's Anatomy, with a subscription costing £5.00 a month or £1.49 for a single day.
Disney has partnered with Seachange-owned On Demand Group (ODG) to launch the service, which it says is available across any 3 handset.
The ODG technology enables users to play, pause and resume of all programmes at anytime.
Neil Andrews, Head of Media Sales & Content Services at 3 UK, said, “This platform gives us the ability to offer true on-demand TV, bringing one of the most popular types of internet service to our mobile customers."
